If there was one thing we could have asked for, it would be an on-site bar or lounge area where we could unwind and pregame before hitting the town. Having a dedicated space within the hostel where we could socialize and meet other young travelers would have taken the fun factor to the next level.

I keep coming back for my city trips. From my first stay, the staff helped with shopping places. This place suits me perfectly, has Free Wi-Fi, Car park, Electric kettle, Cookware. No regrets!

Loved borrowing bikes and exploring the garden. Shared lounge and kitchen were great for socializing and cooking. Got my daily WiFi fix. Laundry done! Although, I would have preferred to do it by hand in the garden pond.

At the Right Place was the perfect choice for us. the location was very convenient as it was close to the bus stop that takes you directly to the airport, allowing us to catch our early flight without any stress. the area was quiet and peaceful, making for a relaxing stay. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. the rooms were well, maintained and had great self, catering facilities, although we missed having an oven. Despite some holes in the sheets, the bed was comfortable and overall the price, quality ratio was decent. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like about our stay here! .

had a great weekend trip in christchurch, and at the right place exceeded our expectations. upgraded room, new beds in dorm, night shift cleaner, and big parking area were all impressive.

Room smell wasn't pleasant.

As backpackers taking off early, we loved the nice dormbed room for girls with a bathroom inside, a space to eat our food, and a little fridge. the kitchen, although a short walk away, had everything we needed. the room wasn't too small and had a seating area and table. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the other backpackers in the girls dorm were super friendly. the location was great too, with the city centre within walking distance. the free car park right next to the room was convenient. There were plenty of toilets and showers, and the 4-bed room we stayed in was decently sized. the common areas, like the big living room with sofas and the reading room, were a nice touch. And let's not forget the free coffee!

We felt immediately at home at At the Right Place, with no reason to complain.

We had an amazing time at At The Right Place. The owners were incredibly helpful and always went the extra mile to assist us. The security access made us feel safe, and the comfortable furniture and beds ensured a good night's sleep. we highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay.

Convenient location within walking distance to the city center and good off-street parking. the hostel provided easy access to transportation options, such as the Kiwi Bus and local buses. - the rooms were cozy and okay in terms of comfort.

The service was poor, with staff members unable to find our reservation and the young receptionist appearing lost. The warm water in the showers was turned off after a few minutes, making it uncomfortable to take a shower.

The bed in our room was really comfy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. the rooms were also well set-out with good self-catering facilities, which was convenient for our stay. the staff were very friendly and the check-in process was hassle-free. One more advantage was the ample free parking available, which was a huge plus.

The WiFi was only available in the reception area and the signal was quite limited. It would've been more convenient if we could access it from our room.
